Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: Evening shifts of 13:00 to 22:00 / 14:00 to 23:00
- Hybrid work model (minimum of 2 days a week remote)
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via chat and emails.
- Solve problems, answer questions, and guide users through company products
- Reviewing and verifying KYC documentation
- Keep things organized by documenting interactions in our systems
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
- Bring positive energy, creative thinking, and a can-do attitude every day
What you should bring:
- A genuine interest in helping people
- Excellent communication skills in English 9any other language would be considered an advantage.
- Quick thinking, great problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not essential as training will be provided
- Team spirit and a passion for learning and growing
