Customer Support Representative

Our client, a well established and fully regulated Forex Company is seeking to hire a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol.

In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to clients regarding their Forex trading accounts, the MT4 and MT5 trading platforms, and other general inquiries. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a positive trading experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist clients in navigating and troubleshooting the MT4 & MT5 trading platforms, including
  • order placement, chart analysis, and technical indicators.
  • Provide guidance and support on account-related matters, such as funding, withdrawals,
  • and account verification procedures.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and
  • retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Compliance, and Technical Support ,
  • Dealing, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
  • to facilitate efficient responses to common inquiries.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall client support process and
  • contribute to the team’s success.
  • Valuable skills include problem-solving abilities and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a client support role within the Forex industry or financial services sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle a high volume of client inquiries.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and risk management strategies.
  • A degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in any other language plus English will be considered as an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00, 15:00 00:00 and 00:00 08:00 (Night Shift 00:00 08:00 from home).
