Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a highly skilled legal professional with at least 4 years of experience to join their team in Limassol.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide expert legal advice on corporate matters. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in corporate law, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to navigating complex legal frameworks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, and business transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements, commercial contracts, and legal documents.
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate finance matters.
- Ensure compliance with Cypriot and EU regulations, implementing best legal practices.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support informed decision-making.
- Assist in employment law matters, including labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and workplace policies.
- Communicate with the Registrar of Companies, opening of Bank Accounts, and other relevant authorities
- Manage corporate filings, company incorporations, and the ongoing legal maintenance of corporate structures.
Background and Experience:
- Degree in Law and a member of Bar Association in Cyprus
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer in Cyprus
- Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, with a proven track record of managing complex transactions.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, making sound legal judgments.
