Corporate Administrator

Our client is a well-established Group of Companies holding licenses and operates under regulations globally. They provide a comprehensive array of consulting, corporate, legal, financial, licensing, gaming, citizenship, immigration, tax advice, accounting, audit, banking, and administration services worldwide.

They are seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Administrator to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Formation of companies to Registrar of Companies and ongoing administration
  • Preparation and drafting of corporate documents
  • Changes of Cyprus Companies through Registrar of Companies
  • Arranging for legalization of documents (certifying officer, apostille)
  • Liaising with clients
  • Opening Bank accounts
  • Filing, maintaining and updating the Companys records, systems, files etc.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with local registrar and apostilling documents
  • Experience in opening bank accounts
  • Experience in the Corporate and Legal industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
