Compliance Officer

Our client, a reputable Group of Companies specializing in financial services within the FinTech industry, is currently in search of a Compliance Officer for their Limassol Office.


  • Compliance Monitoring: Oversee various areas of compliance and perform monitoring activities
  • Training Support: Develop comprehensive materials and process documentation to support training initiatives in compliance matters as needed
  • Quality Assurance Performance: Ensure the quality of compliance activities, meeting established standards, and adhering to relevant deadlines
  • Feedback Reporting: Provide valuable feedback data in relation to the monitoring activities to the Head of Department
  • Regulatory Assistance: Assist in addressing and fulfilling any regulatory requirements related to the Company


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law / Finance / Economics / Business or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or a similar position in the financial services industry
  • CySEC Advanced, CySEC AML or ACAMS certificates will be considered as an advantage
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Fluent in English language (Verbal & Written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality assurance
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong critical & logical thinking
  • Analysis & research skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
