Their team is currently looking to hire a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Officer to join their team in Hamburg, Germany.
Tasks:
- Management of compliance with securities laws, e.g. Ad-Hoc publications, Set-up of Insider Lists, Directors Dealings reports
- Management of compliance with AML- rules and the respective reporting obligations
- Establishment and supervision of risk management procedures, e.g. for payment processes and fund management
- Collaboration in the design, implementation and implementation of internal control, auditing and risk management systems
- Preparation of audit documentation and evidence
- Continuous development of the compliance management system and analysis of the relevant risks
- Monitoring employees’ personal transactions and assisting with market abuse monitoring
- Compliance monitoring actions and advancing processes for digitalization
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- BSc in Law, Business and Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance role in a public listed company in Germany
- The ability to establish and lead a compliance operation and remain hands-on when need arises
- Excellent skills in documenting and processing information
- High attention to detail and professional attitude
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
- Excellent Communication skills
