Business Development Manager (LATAM)

Our client is an FX Educational company with a number of tools to help connect traders to the right forex broker.

They are seeking to hire a Business Development Manager with experience in LATAM region to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate for this role, will be a fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker with proven experience in business development and team management in the Latin American (LATAM) market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Latin America.
  • Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the Latin American market.
  • Manage and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients in the region.
  • Oversee and lead sales and marketing teams in Latin America to achieve established goals.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies.
  • Analyze the market and competition to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business performance and present recommendations for improvements.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings with clients and potential partners in Latin America.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in business development in Latin America, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Availability to travel within Latin America as needed.
