Business Development Manager, Larnaca, Cyprus

Emerald Zebra Recruitment is partnering with a newly established AI-driven client based in Larnaca, Cyprus. Established in late 2022, our client is rapidly building its presence in the B2B market and is now looking to expand both locally and internationally. They are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for scaling innovative businesses and excellent communication skills. This role is key to driving market entry, establishing partnerships, and accelerating expansion as the Business Development Guru of the company!


Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a B2B business strategy to position the business in the AI voice solutions market.
  • Identify and engage with enterprises, contact centers, and financial institutions.
  • Build strategic partnerships and expand industry networks.
  • Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation, sales, and relationship building.
  • Represent Aseto at industry events to enhance visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales materials and proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide market insights to refine product offerings.


Your Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships(2-3 years)
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for technology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven, with a relentless pursuit of growth.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced start up environment.
  • Sales experience in telecom, SaaS, or AI-related fields is good but not required.
