Business Development Manager (FX)

Our client is a well-established FX Company, regulated by CySec, offering innovative investment and FinTech services to professional traders and institutions.

They are seeking to hire sales-oriented individuals with experience in the Middle East and/or Asia Market to join their team in Limassol as Business Development Managers.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and improve their position in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the industry to position their company as a preferred provider
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial industry
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Already based in Cyprus
