They are seeking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join their team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with business to confirm needed changes to the system and coordination when applying said changes
- Analyzing both product lines an overall profitability of the business
- Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience
- Preparing documentation on process flows and presenting them when needed
- Working closely with developers to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction
- Documenting newly created solutions in project packages
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
- Writing business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
- Must be analytical with the capability to evaluate business objectives and come up with innovative solutions
- Analytical, quick-thinking and ability to quickly grasp what is required
- Experience in financial sector strongly preferred
- Must have strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
