Your Role:
As an Android Mobile Developer, you will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis from anywhere in Cyprus. You’ll join a dynamic product development team where you’ll work with cutting-edge mobile technologies and frameworks. Your role will involve developing and testing high-quality features, adhering to industry best practices and the company’s standards. You’ll write clean, testable code and deliver solutions that meet all requirements. You’ll actively ensure scalability and performance while conducting code reviews, testing, debugging, and refactoring as needed. What you will be doing:
- As a member of the Product Development team, you’ll work with the latest mobile technologies & frameworks
- Develop and test quality features from start to end, using best practices and according to the company’s standards
- Write clean, testable code and deliver fit for the purpose solutions
- Proactively ensure scalability and performance of the deliverables
- Perform code reviews, test, and debug
- Refactor code
- Share knowledge within the team
- Participate in the daily standup with the team
- Keep up to date with industry trends and technology developments
Your experience and skills:
- At least 2 years of hands-on coding experience using Kotlin
- Good understanding of the Android SDK (i.e. Views, ways to get data from the web and store data, adapting apps for different screen sizes)
- Knowledge of SQLite, Realm or similar
- Unit & UI testing experience
- Good usage of Android Studio
- Familiar with mobile product and design lifecycles
- Familiar with versioning tools
- Team player with a can-do attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Other requirements (not mandatory): Xamarin / C#, Jetpack Compose, RXKotlin, Swift / iOS development experience
What is offered:
- Annual Salary range: EUR 33,600 – 36,400 gross (depending on experience and qualifications)
- 13th Salary (included in the above annual salary)
- Hybrid working schedule from anywhere in Cyprus
- 25 days annual leave
