We are hiring an IT Support Engineer on behalf of our client, a well-established Forex company, to join their IT department.

You will play vital role in keeping the company’s systems running smoothly, directly supporting the daily work of your colleagues and contributing to a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

Responsibility:
- Provide responsive 1st and 2nd level technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to keep systems running smoothly.
- Maintain and manage in-house IT equipment e.g. laptops, desktops, printers, and more.
- Keep IT areas organized, ensuring workspaces and storage rooms are functional and tidy.
- Contribute to documentation, guides, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Track and report ongoing tasks and incidents to keep everyone informed.
Background and Experience:
- 13 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10+, macOS, and Windows Server 2019+.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, and Domain Controllers.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI/TCP-IP, LAN/WAN).
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) would be considered as advantage.
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

- Salary depends on experience: 20800 – 23400 gross (includes 13th salary)
