We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time (8 hours) Partners Operations Intern in Cyprus office – a certified Great Place to Work®.

As an Intern, youll join our team of Partners & Business Development to learn about the industry, understand how we work with partners, and get hands-on experience assisting with onboarding, communication, and partner activity tracking from week one, as well as get the opportunity to stay on full-time!

Responsibilities:
- Help explain our platforms, trading products, and how to open accounts or make deposits and withdrawals to our partners
- Work with the team to support daily tasks and reach team goals
- Assist in welcoming and setting up new partners (documentation, compliance etc.)
- Help monitor partner activity and keep track of their performance
Candidate profile:
- A recent graduate from a reputable university in Cyprus (Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields)
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A genuine interest in partnerships and business development
