Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Fully onsite)
Salary Range: 1600 to 1900 euro gross (x13 instalments)
Rotational Shift schedule:
1st Week: Morning shift – 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00
2nd Week: Evening shift – 16:00 to 24:00 or 16:30 to 00:30 (next day)
3rd Week: Night shift – 00:00 to 08:00
4th Week:
- 3 days off (provided by the company)
- 2 supplementary shifts (either morning or evening) to be covered
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor trading platform operations.
- Stay updated with market news.
- Monitor company exposure and assess risk.
- Follow company dealing procedures.
- Review client accounts and analyze trading activity.
- Identify and report abusive trading behavior.
- Participate in department projects.
- Prepare and analyze reports.
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 1 year experience in a dealing role
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of MT5 Manager/Client Terminal is advantageous.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work on a shift schedule, including night shifts.
- CySEC Advanced Certification is a plus.
Education:
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CySEC Advanced Diploma would be considered an advantage.
