We’re looking for a proactive Office Administrator to become the heartbeat of a well-established, regulated Forex company based in Limassol.

Information:
- Salary Range: 1400 to 1800 Euro gross/month, depending on experience
- Location: Limassol, Fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations and daily procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment and facilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail distribution
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
- Support onboarding of new employees and maintain employee records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning as required
- Organize internal meetings and handle administrative tasks for management
- Provide direct support to executives and department heads as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR or task management tools (e.g. BambooHR, Asana) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
