We're looking for experienced, self-driven recruitment consultants to join Emerald Zebra on a freelance basis. If you know your sector, care about quality and want to earn what you're worth — let's talk.

- Win and deliver recruitment projects across our core sectors
- Take full lifecycle ownership: intake, sourcing, shortlist, process, offer, placement
- Build and manage pipelines with structured activity maintained in the ATS
- Represent candidates and clients professionally with transparent communication and speed
- Work within our quality standards: tight shortlists, clear notes, deadline discipline
2–5+ years in a sector
we specialise in.
Solid agency or in-house recruitment experience in at least one of our core sectors. Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and closing skills. A reputation for integrity and getting offers over the line.
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search and direct headhunting capability
- Discipline in CRM/ATS hygiene and consistent follow-through
- A reputation for integrity, discretion and getting offers over the line
- Comfort working autonomously and managing your own pipeline

This is a self-employed, commission-only contractor engagement. There is no base salary. What you earn is entirely a function of what you place and collect. The upside is real — but so is the accountability.
- Self-employed contractor status — you invoice Emerald Zebra per placement
- Commission-only: 50% of net collected fees per placement you source and close
- Confidentiality agreement required — client and candidate data is strictly protected
- Full GDPR compliance required — all candidate data handled to EU standards
- Rebates and guarantees per client T&Cs apply before commission is finalised
- No exclusivity required — you may retain other clients outside our sector focus
