Technical Product Project Manager, iGaming, Limassol

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly structured and product-oriented Technical Product / Project Manager to join the technology department in Cyprus.

This role is not a standard project management position focused only on task tracking. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand digital products, research market solutions, collect and structure business requirements, prepare detailed product documentation, and translate product ideas into clear technical tasks for developers and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude AI.

The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership of a product from the initial research and planning stage through development, testing, launch, and post-launch improvements. They must be able to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, designers, QA, and product owners to ensure that every feature is clearly described, properly built, tested, and launched without critical bugs or missing logic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze different digital and iGaming products, including competitor platforms, market standards, user flows, business logic, and technical requirements.
  • Collect, clarify, and structure business requirements from internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed product requirement documents, functional specifications, user flows, feature descriptions, and business logic documentation.
  • Convert product requirements into highly detailed tasks in Linear or similar project management tools.
  • Write clear, structured, and detailed technical instructions that can be used by developers and AI-assisted development tools to execute work accurately.
  • Break down large product ideas into epics, milestones, user stories, tasks and subtasks, acceptance criteria, and QA scenarios.
  • Define how each product or feature should work from both business and technical perspectives.
  • Coordinate the full delivery process with developers, designers, QA, and business teams.
  • Validate completed development work against the original requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify missing logic, edge cases, UX issues, bugs, and technical risks before launch.
  • Ensure that launched products are stable, functional, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Track project progress, manage priorities, identify blockers, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Support post-launch improvements based on feedback, performance, and business needs.

  • Internal tools for support, risk, CRM, payments, and operations teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong ability to understand product logic, user flows, business rules, and technical dependencies.
  • Experience preparing detailed product documentation, technical tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working directly with developers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and project management tools such as Linear, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
  • Ability to turn high-level business ideas into structured and executable product requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify edge cases, missing logic, and potential product issues before development or launch.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks based on business value.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, or similar for research, documentation, task preparation, and development support.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, payments, crypto, or online entertainment industries.
  • Understanding of casino platforms, slot aggregators, sportsbook systems, CRM tools, affiliate platforms, bonus engines, or payment flows.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, frontend/backend logic, databases, integrations, and technical architecture.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Experience launching products from zero to production.
  • Understanding of KYC, AML, responsible gambling, compliance, and operational risk is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, product-minded, and detail-oriented. They should not simply manage deadlines and follow up on tasks, but actually understand what needs to be built, why it is needed, how it should work, and how to describe it clearly enough for developers or AI-assisted tools to execute.

We are looking for a person who can take a product idea, research it, structure it, document it, break it into development tasks, support the team during execution, test the final result, and ensure a successful launch.
