The Role
As Specialist Project Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the technology and digital teams and the business units for IT demand management.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between technology and digital teams and business units for IT demand management
- Drive demand intake, prioritisation, governance and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate preparation and approval of project documents, statements of work and related documentation
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
- Oversee operational activities including resource onboarding and offboarding, renewals and vendor coordination
- Conduct performance feedback discussions for resources and support resource governance
- Provide regular project status, financial and governance reporting to stakeholders
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Strong experience in IT demand management, stakeholder management and project governance
- Experience managing SOWs, contracts and resources
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification preferred
