Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations and reconciliations of all ledger accounts to ensure their accuracy
- Prepare budget forecast and monitor budget performance & expenditure control
- Ensure that accounting records are prepared and kept up to date on a monthly basis and in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRs)
- Oversee all financial transactions, including payments and investing money
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Lead the preparation of the annual budgets
- Develop and document appropriate internal controls and compliance procedures so that corporate, operational, financial and other risks are managed and monitored effectively
- Liaise with the external auditors, banks and law firms
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
- ACA/ ACCA qualification will be considered as advantage
- Experience in a similar role in an International Group of Companies is a must
- Working experience with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRs)
- Experience with MS Office
- Native/ Fluent in English
