Join a CySec regulated investment Company, with a friendly and flexible working environment. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Back Office Officer for their office in Limassol.
As a Senior Back Office Officer, you will be responsible for managing and handling the operations of the Back Office department.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare manuals, and implement policies and procedures
- Monitor and mitigate operational risks by conducting periodic reviews, identifying irregularities, and implementing appropriate controls and procedures
- Manage the processing and monitoring of all customer deposits and withdrawals
- Report suspicious transactions to the compliance department
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, such as anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
- Provide support to the Finance department in regards to client payments, reconciliations, monthly and yearly reporting and any other tasks as required
- Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for improving systems, aiming to upscale departments performance
Requirements:
- BA in Finance, Business Administration, Law or any other relevant field
- 3 years of experience as a Back office Officer is a must
- Fluent in English Language – Any other language knowledge on a fluent level will be considered an advantage
- CySEC certificate is considered a plus
- Good communication and team spirit
- Excellent skills on attention to detail
- Computer literate
Salary depends on experience: 33K – 42K EUR Gross/ Year + Benefits
