The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the newly opened branch in
Islamabad, Pakistan, where the company is promoting Forex trading services.
This role requires relocation.
Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager in this newly opened branch, you will play a
pivotal role in shaping the companys success in the region. Your
responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve revenue
targets. - Hiring and managing a team of enthusiastic professionals.
- Evaluating team performance and productivity.
- Leading the entire team to reach the targeted revenue and
performance goals. - Assisting in training sales personnel to develop their sales skills.
- Supervising sales activities and conducting monthly performance
appraisals. - Developing goals for the team and business growth, ensuring they are
met.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you need to have:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience working in the Forex
industry. - Creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic knowledge of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws.
