QA Tester

Our client, was founded in 2003 and has offices in London, Cyprus and Ireland. In the QA Tester role, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans. You will collaborate with Software Developers and Project Supports to determine project scope and requirements. Success in this role will be demonstrated by providing quality work output, screening for errors, and refining usability throughout the software development and implementation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Executes test cases under varying circumstances
  • Documents and evaluates test results
  • Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches
  • Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
  • Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
  • Track quality assurance metrics
  • Partners with developers to drive QA efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of QA testing experience
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired
  • High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
  • Proficient in automated test management software
  • Good working knowledge of programming languages
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes will be a big plus

No work visa sponsoring is available, must be based and eligible to work in Cyprus.

Salary range: EUR 24,000 – 36,000 gross/year depending on experience and qualifications
