Product Manager (FinTech)

On behalf of a broker solutions provider, we are seeking a Product Manager with Fintech experience to join their team in Larnaca.

As a Product Manager you will take ownership of your teams product roadmap and manage the end-to-end delivery of new products and features. You will be the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. To be successful you will need to collaborate with a talented team of developers and designers. You will become an expert on the existing products optimization by curating feedback across multiple channels, and by speaking directly to customers. 

You will enjoy this role if you enjoy creating innovative technology and fintech products and features, and you want to see ideas quickly shipped into production.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for your team, and be responsible for setting priorities, backed up by data and customer feedback.
  • Understanding and representing user needs, be the voice of your customers and ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Work closely with developers and designers and turn requirements into wireframes, specifications and user stories.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities, help them understand how technology can better achieve their goals and align them around the vision for the product.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team.
  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years product management experience within FinTech and software development is a must 
  • Experience in building software for end users and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of user experience and user behavior – UX design.
  • Analytical skills will also be viewed as a plus, especially in understanding data (e.g. Excel, R, Python, SQL).
  • Prior experience using Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline will be considered as an advantage.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to work within the EU .
