On behalf of a broker solutions provider, we are seeking a Product Manager with Fintech experience to join their team in Larnaca.
As a Product Manager you will take ownership of your teams product roadmap and manage the end-to-end delivery of new products and features. You will be the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. To be successful you will need to collaborate with a talented team of developers and designers. You will become an expert on the existing products optimization by curating feedback across multiple channels, and by speaking directly to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for your team, and be responsible for setting priorities, backed up by data and customer feedback.
- Understanding and representing user needs, be the voice of your customers and ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Work closely with developers and designers and turn requirements into wireframes, specifications and user stories.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities, help them understand how technology can better achieve their goals and align them around the vision for the product.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team.
- Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years product management experience within FinTech and software development is a must
- Experience in building software for end users and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of user experience and user behavior – UX design.
- Analytical skills will also be viewed as a plus, especially in understanding data (e.g. Excel, R, Python, SQL).
- Prior experience using Agile methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline will be considered as an advantage.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work within the EU .
