As a Payments Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our payment processing systems and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our payment offerings, improve customer experience, and ensure compliance with industry standards.


Payment Processing Management:
Oversee daily operations of payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate transaction settlements. Monitor and manage payment gateways, processors, and other financial service providers to ensure optimal performance.

Strategy and Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processing, reduce costs, and increase transaction success rates. Identify and evaluate new payment technologies and methods to enhance our offerings.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all payment activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with the compliance team to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with payment service providers, banks, and other financial institutions. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with payment partners to secure favorable terms.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on payment performance, including transaction volumes, success rates, and costs. Analyze payment data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development, product, and customer support teams to address payment-related issues and implement new features. Provide training and support to team members on payment processes and systems.


1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing payment systems, with a strong emphasis on
maintenance and quality assurance.
3. Technical proficiency, with an understanding of payment technologies and platforms.
4. Detail-oriented mindset with a keen focus on quality and reliability.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Competitive salary package, 2000-4000 Eur Gross / month + Commissions depending on experience.
