Partnerships Manager

Our client, a leading FinTech company offering online businesses access to multi-currency IBAN accounts, global payment acceptance and digital disbursement solutions is seeking a Partnerships Manager to join their team of professionals in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with international partners
  • Manage relationships with Introducers and provide feedback on Introduced Client onboarding
  • Ensure accurate capture of contract particulars on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management system)
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department and partner companies to develop client acquisition strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners, analyze market trends, and evaluate competition
  • Maintain accurate records of Partners and Clients in the Company’s CRM
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Account Management, and Product Development
  • Ensure accurate and timely Success Fee calculations, reporting, and invoicing
  • Provide performance monitoring and analytics, including traffic quality, to the Head of Department
  • Identify and implement process improvements for partner onboarding and potential client engagement
  • Offer ad-hoc support to the Partnerships Department
  • Report to the Head of Partnerships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field would considered as an advantage
  • Experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the banking or financial services sector
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • German – Native/Fluent speaking is highly preferable
  • English – Fluent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Structured and Organised
