Office Administrator

We are seeking to hire a professional office administrator with a good number of years of experience and a good secretarial background.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience of Office Administration is essential.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Fluent in English Language (speaking and writing) is essential
  • Organized with commutation skills, Enthusiastic team player but confident and able to won on own initiative
  • Flexible and willing to take up new challenges and opportunities

Job description

  • General and basic secretarial duties with very good /solid knowledge of word and excel
  • Drafting letters, emails and relevant documents
  • Typing and copying documents
  • maintain the filing system
  • assisting in the daily/weekly/monthly tasks of the office
  • Checking the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Please also note the below:

  • Working hours: 09:00 to 17:00hrs (in office lunch break)
  • Salary depending on qualifications
  • Annual Leave Holidays: 20 days
