We are seeking to hire a professional office administrator with a good number of years of experience and a good secretarial background.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- 3+ years of relevant experience of Office Administration is essential.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Fluent in English Language (speaking and writing) is essential
- Organized with commutation skills, Enthusiastic team player but confident and able to won on own initiative
- Flexible and willing to take up new challenges and opportunities
Job description
- General and basic secretarial duties with very good /solid knowledge of word and excel
- Drafting letters, emails and relevant documents
- Typing and copying documents
- maintain the filing system
- assisting in the daily/weekly/monthly tasks of the office
- Checking the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Please also note the below:
- Working hours: 09:00 to 17:00hrs (in office lunch break)
- Salary depending on qualifications
