Our client is a well-established Group of Companies offering Financial Services in the FinTech sector. Their marketing team is growing and seeking to hire an experienced and talented Marketing Project Manager to join their team in Limassol.
In this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans for marketing initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, creative services, content creators, and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Define project scope, goals, and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape, providing valuable input for project planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs, review marketing materials, and provide guidance on brand consistency and messaging.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Evaluate project outcomes, measure performance against key metrics, and provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry developments, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies and project execution.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Management
- At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the financial or trading industry
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution
- Proficient in project management tools and software (Jira / Monday.com) to track progress, manage resources, and analyze data
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements or priorities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to project deliverables
