The role:

They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Lead to join their dynamic Marketing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in optimizing their marketing processes, systems, and data to drive efficient and effective marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing tasks including email marketing and translations coordination. For this role, you will need experience in marketing operations and project management, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal marketing teams and channel owners to run Jira tasks (CRM, campaign launches, product launches, etc)
  • Work closely with commercial and product teams to plan and execute digital production requests
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Assist with operational tasks, including frequent reports, assisting in strategic projects, maintaining marketing calendar timelines, and tracking strategic initiatives’ progress
  • Lead email marketing
  • Lead translations/localization
  • Lead marketing project coordination
  • Assist with reporting results and effectiveness of campaigns as needed, implement improvements where necessary, maintain SLAs, and update them
  • Oversee division’s KPIs and goals creation and approvals process
  • Evaluate existing marketing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for streamlining, automation, and improved efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for marketing operations, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective alignment, communication, and collaboration on lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4 or more years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or related field
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (GA, GTM, Amplitude, etc.) and email marketing tools Mailchimp
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in FinTech domain or related industries
  • Experience in localization management
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
  • Background in managing vendors and negotiating contracts
