Marketing Coordinator (Multi-Asset Broker)

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts to promote our products and services. Your responsibilities will involve assisting with various marketing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s digital presence, including website content and social media profiles.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with the management of marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Help in creating and analyzing surveys, customer feedback, and market data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Support the development of marketing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the FX Industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
