About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Compliance Officer to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will ensure that all marketing, affiliate, and influencer activities comply with CySEC, ESMA, and EU regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, helping the company maintain high compliance standards while supporting marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Monitoring
- Monitor affiliate marketing activity across digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, CySEC Circulars (e.g., C417), and ESMA guidelines.
- Analyze affiliate traffic and reports to identify potential compliance risks.
Influencer Monitoring
- Track and review influencer campaigns and content.
- Ensure that influencer promotions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain complete records of agreements, communications, and performance metrics.
Internal Marketing Monitoring
- Review marketing content across all formatswebsites, emails, social media, videos, webinars, and promotional materials.
- Ensure communications are fair, clear, and not misleading, in line with MiFID II and CySEC/ESMA rules.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide compliance approvals and feedback.
Regulatory Monitoring
- Stay informed about updates from CySEC, ESMA, and EU regulators affecting marketing and financial promotions.
- Support internal implementation of new or updated regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare internal compliance reports and draft responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Maintain organized documentation of all reviews, approvals, and compliance actions.
Your Profile:
- Basic understanding of EU and CySEC marketing compliance rules (e.g., ESMA Q&A on marketing communications, MiFID II, AML guidelines).
- Familiarity with affiliate and influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, CPA networks).
- 1- 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, marketing compliance, or financial services.
- Strong analytical and monitoring skills with superb attention to detail.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience reviewing or monitoring financial promotions is considered a plus.

- Salary Range: EUR 30,000 – 42,000 gross/year
