Japanese Business Development Manager

Our client is one of the most reputable and well-established Group of Companies offering Financial Services in the FinTech sector.

They are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager (Japanese) with experience in the Forex Industry to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify potential affiliates
  • Perform various marketing activities to promote partner program (social media, forums, etc.)
  • Add info on partner program to affiliate directories
  • Communicate with clients and partners (reply to e-mails, follow-ups)
  • Monitor of partner activities and performance
  • Identify new active partners, potential opportunities to co-marketing, case studies, etc.
  • Monitor affiliate activity to ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all online channels
  • Make sure everything is tracked correctly
  • Pay affiliates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the FX Industry is a must
  • Experience with Affiliate Networking and Partnerships
  • High fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to relocate in Cyprus
