Our client is a global financial services company, committed to providing innovative solutions to our clients. As part of their expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
As the IT Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the full-lifecycle recruitment of IT professionals to meet the demands of the Cyprus office.
You will be expected to:
- Keep up-to-date with the external talent landscape and bring external perspectives to ensure our hiring requirements can be met.
- Work closely with hiring managers to assess their hiring needs, recommend and develop sourcing strategies, and build collaborative working relationships.
- Identify and source suitable talent in the local market using a range of sourcing channels, including in-person events.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to improve the team processes and build the new Employer Brand in Cyprus.
- Maintain a strong governance framework throughout all hiring activities.
- Use data to make informed hiring decisions and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of direct sourcing candidates in the FS sector and Cyprus talent market to meet a hiring demand plan.
- Solid track record of IT attraction and onboarding.
- Experience representing an employer brand by hosting, attending and socializing the brand at relevant events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
