Our client is one of the largest Telecom companies in Cyprus. They are seeking to hire an Information Security Engineer to join their team in Nicosia and to support their information security program and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Vulnerability Assessment Program
- Manage the Information Security Awareness Program
- Assist in the development and compliance of Information Security Policies and Procedures
- Assist in the design and implementation of Information Security related projects
- Assists in Monitoring of Security Breaches
- Participate in Information Security Related, Internal and External Audits
- Participate in the Investigation of Information Security Incidents
- Prepare Progress Reports for ongoing projects
Requirements:
- BSc or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or any related field
- Any industry security certifications will be considered as an advantage
- 3+ years work experience in some of the following areas:
- Unix/Linux, Windows systems and Databases
- Firewalls/IDS/IPS Systems
- Anti-virus software
- Web Services
- Web Application and Database Security
- Web Proxies
- Email and DNS security
- Encryption and PKI solutions
- Data Loss Prevention
- System Logging and SIEM tools
- Vulnerability Management Systems
- Information Security Frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST etc.)
- Cloud Services (MS 365, Intune, Azure, security solutions)
- Structural Reporting and organization skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English language
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to present to a wide audience as needed
