HR Manager

Our client is an IT service and IT Consulting company that provides world-class services in enterprise architecture consulting, user experience design, enterprise mobile app engineering, and development, active software maintenance, software testing, and production operations support. We are currently seeking an HR Manager.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. He/she will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage HR Department and report the status to the relevant stakeholders;
  • Maintain HR systems and processes;
  • Develop, review, and maintain required HR-related documentation (e.g., Employment/service agreements, Job Descriptions, HR-related guidelines and instructions);
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and propose improvements in employees’ compensation package to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent;
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies;
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution;
  • Analyze HR metrics, feedback collected during Exit-interviews, other HR-related information and propose improvements both for HR Department and for company in a whole;
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy;
  • Communicate with vendors and partners when/where needed/applicable;
  • Prepare required HR-related reports
  • Participate in ISO audits;
  • Prepare and conduct HR-related trainings;
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with HR-related local and state regulations;
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Required Education, Experience, and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
  • A minimum of five years of human resource management experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Ability to act with professionalism, and confidentiality;
  • Knowledge of the local employment-related laws and regulations;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
  • Fluency in English and Greek;
  • Good knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
