The role:

They are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager – CRO to spearhead their mobile offerings and join their exceptional team which is at the forefront of designing intricate, high-performance products within the financial exchange realm, encompassing payment platforms, trading interfaces, and data-driven analytical terminals. They value the insights and perspectives of their developers, meaning the trajectory of their mobile apps will be significantly influenced by you. The underlying intricacies of their product’s business logic might be challenging, but they promise an engaging experience. Success in this role requires a commitment to understanding these complexities.


Responsibilities:

  • Own Conversion Optimisation function of the Growth Marketing team
  • Manage all aspects of ASO and landing page optimisation; including: planning, identifying content and technical updates, implementation, optimisation, analysis and reporting
  • Lead experimentation and creative and messaging optimisation processes
  • Create roadmap for AB testing
  • Own experimentation framework
  • Collect and analyse user behaviour data across digital platforms (including websites, mobile applications, and online campaigns) to improve conversion rates
  • Create data visualisation of activity to demonstrate increase in performance over time


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of programming experience in Growth Marketing or Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
  • Worked in Marketing in FinTech, Tech or related field
  • Have a good knowledge CRO, ASO and creative optimisation
