The role:

They are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Analyst to join their dynamic Marketing team.

In this role, you will own the measurement and attribution function of the Growth Marketing team. You will see yourself constructing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring 100% data precision, building reports, designing performance-measuring dashboards, and utilize data-driven revelations to steer strategic decisions. Seamlessly blend quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive actionable insights, while also supporting ad hoc requests and driving automation.


  • Build and maintain the data pipelines for marketing infrastructure to assure 100% data accuracy
  • Build a suite of reporting to accurately measure the performance of growth marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Build dashboards for strategic business areas to monitor progress and performance
  • Use marketing data to uncover insights that inform business and marketing decisions
  • Support executing quantitative and qualitative analysis that translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Handle ad hoc data requests and analysis requests
  • Build processes / tools to automate, when required
  • Review projects and reports executed by the agency to help ensure the integrity of reporting and analysis
  • Assist the team with the experimentation marketing analytics design and campaign measurement


  • 5+ years of data analytics experience in growth/performance marketing analytics in a FinTech or similar industry
  • Passionate about all things data, and ability to digest complex data and storytelling
  • Can organise data findings and synthesise them with business results to form high-level business recommendations
  • Driven by an entrepreneurial environment, taking advantage of new technologies and data sources to create new and interesting ways to understand users
  • Solid skills in Python and SQL
  • Knowledge of web and app attribution
  • Ability to turn complex data into compelling storytelling and actionable recommendations
  • Expertise in interrogating data using SQL and writing custom SQL queries, and understanding of database structures
  • Understanding of statistical analysis techniques used for experimental design such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis and time series analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have a genuine passion for learning and self-improvement, continuously seeking out new opportunities to expand knowledge and skills
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and conversion rate optimisation concepts
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights to improve conversion rates
  • Experience in A/B test ideation, measurement, and performance interpretation
  • Proficiency in SQL, ideally with experience working with BigQuery
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4) or equivalent
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools, preferably DataStudio, or equivalent tools like Tableau or PowerBI
  • Experience with tag management systems, preferably Google Tag Manager or equivalent
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with varying tasks and responsibilities
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution models
  • Experience with metrics such as incrementality and lifetime value
