Global Business Development Manager

Our client is a well-established Tech Company specialized in appointment scheduling solutions and they are seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager.

You will be responsible to drive the growth of the business by identifying and engaging with potential clients through professional networks and to create the Sales and BD Teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Social Media strategies to identify, engage, and convert potential clients (e.g. Linkedin)
  • Lead and inspire a global sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing, to drive qualified leads and generate brand awareness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses, working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Continuously monitor and optimize sales and marketing performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives
  • Represent the Company in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences, acting as a thought leader and building strategic partnerships
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance, outlining trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses
  • Collaborate with our technical sales team to understand client needs and tailor our solutions accordingly
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and track client interactions and sales activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Experience in SaaS and/or tech industries, with a deep understanding of the sales and marketing landscape
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging the latest marketing tools and technologies
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward shared goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to drive growth and exceed targets
  • Proven track record in using LinkedIn and other professional networks for lead generation and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • Proficiency in a third or even fourth language is a strong asset but not required
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and their usage in managing client relationships
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
