Our client is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.

You will be responsible for maximizing the sales potential, crafting sales plans and executing the plans with the objective to meet the targets.

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and proven success with the entire sales process, from planning, negotiating to closing.

Event industry or Advertising/Media sales experience an advantage but not essential.

Your goals:

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
  • Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally


  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s local and regional reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirements and skills:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • High accountability and willingness to go above and beyond expectations

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the event industry
  • English essential, Greek language desirable
  • All candidates must be EU passports holders
