Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Customer Support Specialist (Chinese Speaker)
Mandarin is essential for this role, especially to support clients in the China region, while Cantonese is an added advantage. Fluency in English is also crucial for effective communication with our diverse client base. Although prior experience in financial services is not required, we highly value customer-facing experience, as it helps in addressing and resolving client issues. We are seeking a candidate with a positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and a collaborative team spirit.
Reporting to: Country Manager
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues through telephone, email, and live chat.
- Identify and resolve client problems, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Educate clients on how to navigate the companys website and effectively use trading platforms.
- Provide detailed information about the companys products and services, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary, contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer support process.
- Assist other departments with customer-related tasks, helping to ensure smooth communication and seamless client support across the organization.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with clients to build and foster long-term relationships.
Candidate profile:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge and experience in the Forex (FX) market is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin, along with fluency in English, is essential for reading, writing, and speaking. Proficiency in Cantonese would be an added advantage.
