They are seeking to hire Customer Support Representatives for part-time and full-time basis to join their team in Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, Paralimni and Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling the Companys products and services
- Providing quality customer service and support to existing and prospective clients
- Offering efficient & effective after- sales service
- Assisting with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures
Requirements:
- BA Degree in a related field will be considered an advantage
- At least 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic knowledge of GSM technology and services; basic PC literacy skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
