Chinese Speaking Customer Support Agent

We are hiring a Customer Support Agent on behalf of our client a financial software provider, with a proven track record of excellence and accumulated years of experience in the financial trading industry.

The Chinese speaking Customer Support Agent will join their dynamic customer service team. As a Support Agent you will provide excellent customer service to customers by helping them with their inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year work experience in customer support and a Bachelor’s degree in either finance or technology fields. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving, organizational, technical, listening, and time management skills. They should be professional, friendly, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
