Key Requirements
– In-depth understanding of ship and maritime security operations and requirements.
– In-depth knowledge and understanding of the CCTV industry.
– Demonstrated ability to interact with individuals and groups effectively and professionally from diverse nationalities.
– Ability to work on multiple time zones concurrently and availability.
– Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, and excellent communication skills.
– Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
– Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in the English language.
– Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
– Computer literacy.

– Proven track record of CCTV deployment.

Responsibilities
– Development of the CCTV surveillance systems for the maritime environment.
– Conduct surveys and assessments internationally vessels, sites, partners and suppliers.
– Management of the technical departments for:
New installations.
Repairs.
Maintenance.
– Assessing Candidates for the CCTV project.
– System design for Surveillance projects, assisting with other company related operations.
– New client solution design, proposals, and pricing.
– Equipment definition, development, testing and sourcing as required.
– Partner discovery, negotiation, training, and relationship management internationally (integrators).
– Supplier discovery, negotiation, and relationship management internationally (various suppliers).
