Account Manager (English/German)

Our client, a leading FinTech company offering online businesses access to multi-currency IBAN accounts, global payment acceptance and digital disbursement solutions is seeking an Account Manager (English/German) to join their team of professionals in Limassol, Cyprus. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for the clients and facilitating dialogue between them and different departments (operations or compliance)
  • Understanding client needs and the challenges they face, create fees offers and negotiate service terms and conditions
  • Advising clients regarding products and services
  • Assisting with onboarding, ensuring that the opening process is completed quickly and contributing to a positive client experience
  • Achieving set targets and establish sustainable client relations
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM


Your Profile:

  • Passionate about providing the best client experience
  • Possess a dedicated, motivated, and confident personality
  • Have previous experience dealing with clients in the B2B sector
  • Completed commercial education with experience in the finance and payments sector
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Driven by personal achievements and accomplishments, and eager to exceed targets
  • Ability to prioritize your own workload and work with minimum supervision


Requirements:

  • Experience in the finance and payments industry 
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client onboarding/client success role
  • Higher education in Business Management, Economics or related field would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable way for the audience
  • Fluency in German at a professional level is desired but not mandatory
