ICT companies employ almost 10,000 employees today in Cyprus. 

Facing a shortage of skilled talent, there are now policies recently implemented to facilitate and help Cyprus to continue to compete in the attraction of talent and in particular, an open labour market for third country nationals and their families to relocate for employment opportunities, investment and entrepreneurship. 

Above all, Cyprus continues to be an attractive destination for talent migration. 

Cyprus ranks 23rd out of 177 countries in 2022 index of economic freedom.
