We are continually seeking experienced freelancers to join our team, contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Emerald Zebra is a specialist recruitment partner for FinTech, Tech, Financial Services, Payments/EMIs, and iGaming. We’re data-driven, relationship-led, and known for transparent, professional delivery across Cyprus and global markets.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Win and deliver recruitment projects across our core sectors

  • Take full lifecycle ownership: intake → sourcing → shortlist → process → offer → placement

  • Build and manage pipelines; maintain structured activity in the ATS

  • Represent candidates and clients professionally, with transparent communication and speed

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–5+ years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in at least one of: FinTech/FX & CFD, Payments/EMIs, Tech/Software, iGaming, Compliance/AML/Risk

  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and closing skills

  • Discipline in CRM/ATS hygiene and follow-through

  • A reputation for integrity and getting offers over the line

 

Commission:

  • 50% commission on collected net fees for your own placements

  • Examples:

    • €8,000 fee collected → €4,000 to you

    • €15,000 fee collected → €7,500 to you

  • Rebates/guarantees as per client T&Cs apply before commission finalisation

  • Data hygiene: every CV, call and status logged in ATS

  • Communication: concise updates; issues flagged early

 

Contract & Compliance

  • Self-employed, commission-only contractor (no base salary).

  • Confidentiality & GDPR: strict adherence required.
